All purchases made online are subject to a 14-day return policy from the date of shipment, except for those art works or products sold at discounted prices. Full notification of any return must be forwarded to FirewindArtGlass. All sales items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Returns of items will only be accepted where the works or products are returned in their original condition in which they were despatched from FirewindArtGlass , its agents or subcontractors. Returns will not be accepted where the items are damaged or incomplete in any way. The Purchaser will be responsible for any and all costs incurred in returning the art work or product to FirewindArtGlass (including any shipping or freight charges). Refunds will be issued upon receipt of goods in original and resalable condition. Once we receive your item(s), a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancel request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
Failure to comply with any or all of the above clauses relating to return or refund shall render any return invalid. FirewindArtGlass is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen products. The FirewindArtGlass strongly recommends you, our customer, to refuse shipment, if visual damage has occurred from shipping. FirewindArtGlass will not be liable for loss, damage or delay caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, perils of the air, weather conditions, mechanical delays, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotion or acts of omission or public authorities (including customs and health officials) with actual or apparent authority. |
